Built by Abba River Homes

Homes you'll be proud to call your own.

Your home should have details you're excited to show off—a beautiful primary bath, a covered patio for evenings with family, an entry with character. We bring that same care to the spaces you use every day, so your home feels special and lives well.

ARH is family-owned and operated by David and Debbie Davis, with roots in Parker County and the Aledo area.

A useful first conversation

Bring the idea. We can talk through the pieces.

You do not need every answer before reaching out. A few starting points help us understand what you are considering.

  1. Tell us about the place

Share a neighborhood, a lot you own, or the area you are considering. Bring any questions about homesite fit, access, utilities, or community requirements.

  2. Describe the home you need

A room list, rough size, favorite photos, or a saved plan is enough to start. Include the everyday needs and one or two details you care about most.

  3. Talk through the boundaries

Discuss your investment range, timing, and priorities with ARH. Plan changes, site needs, selections, and current pricing belong in that conversation before you commit to a direction.

Before you begin

Questions about building with ARH.

Where does Abba River Homes build?

ARH serves Parker County and the communities west and northwest of Fort Worth, including Springtown, Poolville, Weatherford, Aledo, and Peaster. Tell us where you want to build so we can discuss your specific location and project.

Can you build on a lot I already own?

Yes. Bring your lot to the conversation with ARH. The location, access, utilities, restrictions, homesite conditions, and plan fit need to be reviewed for the particular property before a build direction is settled.

What does semi-custom mean at ARH?

It means starting with an existing plan or home direction and discussing the changes that would make it work better for you. Possible changes depend on the plan, homesite, budget, selections, and construction stage. Ask about the specific home rather than assuming every change is available.

Do I need a finished floor plan before contacting you?

No. You can begin with a general idea, room list, inspiration photos, or a plan you like. ARH can help you talk through the layout, homesite, size, and priorities that shape a useful plan direction.

Can I make changes to a home already under construction?

Ask ARH about the particular home and the changes you have in mind. Timing, work already completed, materials, selections, and budget determine what is practical. Changes should be confirmed directly before you count on them.

How do I find out what my home will cost and when it can be built?

Start with the location, plan direction, rough size, finish priorities, investment range, and timing you have in mind. ARH can discuss the project-specific questions that affect pricing and the build schedule. An online photo or example is not a quote for your home.

Where would you like to build?

Tell us about your homesite, the rooms you need, and the details you want to make your own.
