Begin with the place

Bring the neighborhood, homesite, or general area you are considering. Lot shape, access, setbacks, and community requirements can affect which plan directions are practical.

Describe real life

Think through bedrooms, gathering space, work or flex rooms, storage, outdoor living, and the details that would make the home work better every day.

Set the boundaries

A rough size, garage needs, finish priorities, investment range, and timing questions help narrow the conversation before details are treated as settled.

Bring what you know. It does not have to be polished.

A saved plan, a room list, a few photos, or even a description of what is not working in your current home can make the next conversation concrete.
